I am a certified Level 1 Precision Nutrition Coach. My passion for good nutrition stems from my own personal journey of witnessing my body change, my strength increase, and just feeling so much better after I followed the principles of good nutrition.

The words “good and bad” are incredibly subjective. I say, there are no “Bad” foods. Just, better choices, and worse choices. I’d never say you couldn’t ever have that special treat ever again. You’d go bonkers if I did! But through a series of months, I’ll help you develop good nutritional and exercise habits that will be with you – for life. I mentioned months didn’t I? How many new diet fads and plans have you tried that guaranteed weight loss in a short space of time, but you only put it all back on again? There’s a reason you need time.
